Melanie, the founder of our consulting services has the relevant background from professional and personal angles to help you grow your company. We communicate our service through consulting and training courses. We offer courses of Culture integration, Transformational Change and talk about the benefits of acquisition and merging of the companies. Furthermore we also present Change Management and Agile Project Management courses. Our classes are structured in a way that the outcome of the learning is applicable to your own business. At the end of the course you are encouraged to apply for change management certification and be internationally qualified.
